1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") provided by MoonWork SA, a company registered at Avenue Rosemont 8, 1208 Geneva, Switzerland, under registration number CHE-304.806.452, hereinafter referred to as "MoonWork".
2.1. By registering on the Platform, the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User" or "You") acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
3.1. The Platform facilitates the online discovery by candidates of MoonWork's client companies and their job offers. Candidates can enter into contact with companies by applying online to these job offers.
3.2 MoonWork does not guarantee that a job will be obtained via the Platform and accepts no responsibility for the results of job applications made by Users.
3.2 MoonWork is not responsible for or involved in the employment contract resulting from a successful match between a company and a User.
4.1. The User acknowledges that use of the Platform is free of charge.
4.2. The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided when registering on the Platform.
4.3. The User accepts that the information provided through the Platform, such as profile, skills and professional experience, may be shared with corporate clients for the purpose of facilitating application to job offers.
5.1. MoonWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.
6.1. Personal information provided by Users will be processed in accordance with MoonWork's Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) in force in Switzerland.
7.1. MoonWork reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and will come into effect as soon as they are published. It is the User's responsibility to consult the Terms & Conditions regularly to keep abreast of any updates.
8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
8.2. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

2.1. By registering on the Platform, the corporate customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" or "You") acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
3.1. The Platform includes the creation and distribution of media content to present the Customer's Employer Brand on MoonWork's online platform.
3.2. The Customer may also list his job offers on the Platform.
3.3. Candidates who have applied to the Customer's job offers may be viewed by the Customer in order to contact them.
3.4. Access to the Platform for publishing the company page, broadcasting media content, managing job offers and viewing applications requires a paying license.
3.5. The rates for access to the platform, the creation of media content and the management of applications will be provided by MoonWork on request according to the services ordered by the Customer.
4.1. The Customer is responsible for providing MoonWork with the information necessary for the creation of media content, the configuration of the company page and the management of job offers on the platform.
4.2. The media content created by MoonWork is the property of MoonWork and requires written permission in order to be used outside the Platform and under certain conditions.
4.3. The Customer undertakes to use candidates' information in compliance with the laws and regulations in force, in particular with regard to the protection of personal data.
5.1. The rates for access to the platform, the creation of media content and the management of applications will be specified in the quotation provided by MoonWork to the Customer.
5.2. Payment shall be due in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the quotation.
6.1. MoonWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in the event of non-payment or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
7.1. Personal information provided by Users will be processed in accordance with MoonWork's Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) in force in Switzerland.
8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
